RASPBERRY CHIA JAM

Ingredients

3 cups of frozen berries (320g) 


1 tbsp maple syrup or honey


2 tbsp of chia seeds


Instructions

1) Heat the berries in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to a simmer, and let simmer for about 10 mins until the water has mostly evaporated, still stirring occasionally. Mash the berries with a spatula to your desired consistency.

2) Stir in the maple syrup and turn off the heat. Stir in the chia seeds and transfer the jam to a container. Let sit for 5 mins, stir the jam, then let sit for another 5 mins. The jam will keep for a week in a tightly sealed container in the fridge.
