5 INGREDIENT CASHEW MILK

Ingredients

Makes 1L

1 cup (130g) of raw cashews

2 tsp of sugar free vanilla
 extract

4 cups (1L) of filtered water


1/4 tsp of salt


1/4 tsp of cinnamon



*optional 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup

Instructions

1) Soak the cashews in water overnight or for a minimum of 2h.

2) Drain and rinse the soaked cashews and place them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until the milk is smooth (about 3mins).

* You can keep the milk for up to 5 days in the fridge and shake before using.
