Tahini miso broccolinis 

Ingredients

Serves 6

400g of broccolini, washed, bottom trimmed
2 garlic cloves, minced
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste 

Tahini miso dressing:

1/4 cup (65g) of tahini
2 tbsp of white miso paste
1 tbsp of tamari
1 tbsp of rice vinegar
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
3 tbsp of water

Toppings:

Sesame seeds
Red chilli, sliced
2 spring onions, sliced

Instructions

1) Prep the broccolini and mince the garlic (or use a garlic press). Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, stir for 2 mins, then add the broccolinis. Sauté the broccolinis, stirring occasionally for about 10mins. You want them bright green and the stems softer with still a little crunch.

2) While the broccolinis are cooking, combine all of the dressing ingredients in a bowl. 

3) Place the cooked broccolinis on a plate, then drizzle the dressing over, and top with sesame seeds, red chillis, and spring onions.
