Peanut butter soft serve

Ingredients

Serves 6

4 bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen

1/4 (60 ml) cup full fat coconut milk

1/2 cup (155g) of peanut butter

Pinch of salt  + Flaky sea salt to top (optional)

Instructions

1) Blend the frozen bananas and coconut milk in a blender until just smooth. You might need to pause and scrape the sides during the process. 

2) Add the peanut butter, vanilla and salt and pulse until combined. 

3) Enjoy the soft serve immediately with some extra flaky sea salt on top. You can transfer to a container and freeze for later use. Make sure to remove the container from the freezer at least 15mins before serving.
