Hormone balancing Piña colada smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 115ml of coconut milk (or coconut kefir)

  • 1 tbsp of shelled hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp of shredded coconut

  • 20g of collagen peptides

  • 4 mint leaves

  • 1/4 of a pineapple, diced

Instructions

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

* You can add a handful of ice cubes before blending if you like your smoothie more frosty, but I wouldn’t recommend it first thing in the morning.
