Hormone balancing Piña colada smoothie
Ingredients
Serves 1
115ml of coconut milk (or coconut kefir)
1 tbsp of shelled hemp seeds
1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
1 tbsp of shredded coconut
20g of collagen peptides
4 mint leaves
1/4 of a pineapple, diced
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
* You can add a handful of ice cubes before blending if you like your smoothie more frosty, but I wouldn’t recommend it first thing in the morning.
