Pomegranate gelatin gummies

Ingredients

Makes 26 gummies

36g of grass fed gelatin (3 TBSP+ 2TSP)

1 cup (250ml) of pure pomegranate juice

Instructions

1) Pour half of the juice (1/2 cup) into a pot. Add half of the gelatin (18g) to the pot, and let the juice absorb the gelatin for about 3min. Stir and turn on the heat to medium. While stirring, bring the mixture to a simmer. Once the gelatin is perfectly incorporated, remove the pot from heat.

2) Pour the liquid into molds* over a plate. Place the plate into the fridge and let set for 30min. Once set, remove gummies from molds. Repeat with remaining juice and gelatin. Keep refrigerated.



*If you do not have any molds you can use a small baking pan and cut the gummies into squares.
