Gut loving salad dressing

Ingredients

1 tbsp of unpasteurized brown rice miso paste
3 tbsp of unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
2 tsp of Tamari
5 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp of grated ginger
1grated small garlic clove

Instructions

In a small jar, combine the miso, apple cider vinegar and tamari. Add the olive oil, ginger, garlic, close the lid and shake to combine. Serve over any favorite salad.
