Classic Avocado Toast
Instructions
1) Boil water in a pot and cook eggs for 6min. Remove eggs from water and place into cold water. After a couple of minutes, peel the eggs and set aside.
2) Toast your bread. Mash the avocado with a fork over the bread slices. Sprinkle spices and squeeze lemon on top. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with coriander, micro greens, seeds and pomegranate seeds. Top with soft boiled eggs.
