Chocolate Peanut Butter Nice Cream

Ingredients

3 large frozen sliced bananas

3 tbsp of cacao powder

2 tbsp of almond or full fat coconut milk

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1/4 tsp of sea salt

2 tbsp of smooth 100% peanut butter

1 scoop of collagen (optional)

Instructions

1) Blend all the ingredients, but the peanut butter on high speed for about 1m30.

2) In a glass container, pour a layer of the chocolate cream and drizzle some peanut butter on top. Cover with another layer of chocolate cream and peanut butter, and repeat until you’re out of chocolate.

3) Place container in the freezer for at least 4H. Remove nice cream from freezer 10 min before eating to soften.
