Chocolate & avocado mousse
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
3 tbsp of raw cacao powder
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp himalayan pink salt
1/4 cup of plant based milk (almond or coconut)
Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. The mousse can be kept up to 2 days in the fridge.
Optional: top with some bee pollen and cacao nibs.
