Black radish with salmon roe, olive oil & dill

Ingredients

1 black radish, pealed and sliced

About 2 tbsp of salmon or trout roe

Extra virgin olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

Half a handful of dill

Instructions

Place the radishes on a serving plate. Cover with fish roe, drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle dill, salt and pepper on top.
