Apple stew with cinnamon

Ingredients

6 organic apples

About 1/3 cup of filtered water (enough to cover bottom of pot)

1-2 tsp of cinnamon

Optional: 1 Probiotic capsule

Instructions

1) Peel the apples or keep skin according to your preference. If you keep the skin make sure they are properly washed. Remove core and cut into large chunks.

2) In a deep pot, or dutchoven over medium heat, add water then apples and stir. Cover pot and cook until apples are soft, stirring occasionally. When soft, remove from heat and incorporate cinnamon.

* If you add a probiotic, sprinkle over stew in a bowl, when it has cooled.
